Der Unterzeichnete erklärt, Mitglied der Fraternita La Rösa werden zu wollen und die Statuten des wohltätigen Vereines mit Rechtspersönlichkeit im Sinne von Art. 60ff ZGB eingesehen und erhalten zu haben.
Der Unterzeichnete gelobt feierlich und aufrichtig, aus eigenem freien Willen, den Zweck und die Ziele und den guten Ruf der Bruderschaft im Rahmen seiner Möglichkeiten zu fördern.
Der Unterzeichnete wurde ausdrücklich auf folgende Statutenbestimmungen aufmerksam gemacht und erklärt diese zur Kenntnis genommen zu haben:
1 Gem. §4 Abs. 4 der Statuten kann der Bruderschaftsrat den Eintrittsbeitrag sowie den jährlichen Bruderschaftsbeitrag neu festlegen. Ein solcher Beschluss muss spätestens 60 Tage vor dem Beginn des folgenden Bruderschaftsjahres auf der Homepage der Bruderschaft (hiernach „Homepage“) veröffentlicht werden. Gem. § 6 Ad1. 1.1. Abs. 2 der Statuten erfolgt die Einladung zur Bruderschaftsversammlung spätestens am 1. April jedes Jahres, durch Veröffentlichung auf der Homepage.
2 Gem. § 6 Ad1. 1.1. Abs. 7 der Statuten wird der Unkostenbeitrag für die Zustellung per Post für das folgende Bruderschaftsjahr spätestens 60 Tage vor dem Beginn des folgenden Bruderschaftsjahres auf der Homepage veröffentlicht. Teilen die Mitglieder, welche Zustellung per Post beantragt haben, dem Bruderschaftsmeister nicht spätestens bis zum 14. Januar des entsprechenden Jahres eine E-Mail Adresse als Zustelladresse mit, wird der Unkostenbeitrag für solche Mitglieder am 30. Januar des entsprechenden Jahres fällig.
The undersigned declares his wish to become member of the Fraternita La Rösa and to have obtained and to accept the Statutes of the charitable association with legal entity in terms of Art. 60ff ZGB.
The undersigned vows solemnly and truly, of his own free will, to support the purpose, the goals and the good reputation of the Fraternita La Rösa within the bounds of his possibilities.
The undersigned has been advised of the following paragraphs of the Statutes and declares to have taken note of these:
1 Pursuant to § 4 Abs. 4 of the Statutes the “Bruderschaftsrat” has the power to amend the entrance fee and the annual contribution fee. The amendment of these fees has to be published on the homepage of the Fraternita La Rösa (hereinafter “homepage”) 60 days before the beginning of the following association year at the latest. Pursuant to § 6 Ad1. 1.1. Abs. 2 of the Statutes the invitation to the Annual General Meeting of the Fraternita La Rösa is made by publishing on the homepage on April 1 at the latest.
2 Pursuant to § 6 Ad1. 1.1. Abs. 7 of the Statutes the annual fee for the notification by post has to be published on the homepage 60 days before the beginning of the following association year at the latest. The fee for the notification by post becomes due on January 30 for those members, who have requested notification by post, unless they have communicated an e-mail address as

Il sottoscritto dichiara di voler diventare socio della Fraternità La Rösa e di avere preso visione dello e ricevuto lo statuto dell’associazione benefica avente personalità giuridica ai sensi dell’art. 60 sgg. del codice civile svizzero.
Il sottoscritto giura solennemente e sinceramente, di propria volontà, di promuovere lo scopo e gli obiettivi oltre che la buona reputazione della Fraternità nella misura di quanto gli è possibile.
È stata espressamente richiamata l’attenzione del sottoscritto sulle seguenti disposizioni dello statuto, di cui egli dichiara di avere preso atto:
1 In conformità al § 4 cpv. 4 dello statuto, il consiglio della Fraternità può rideterminare la quota di iscrizione e la quota di adesione annua. Una simile delibera deve essere pubblicata entro 60 giorni prima dell’inizio dell’anno di attività successivo della Fraternità nella homepage della Fraternità (di seguito “homepage”). In conformità al § 6 punto 1 comma 1.1 cpv. 2 dello statuto la convocazione dell’assemblea della Fraternità viene effettuata al più tardi entro il 1° aprile di ogni anno mediante pubblicazione nella homepage.
2 In conformità al § 6 punto 1 comma 1.1 cpv. 7 dello statuto il contributo spese annuo per l’invio mediante posta ordinaria va pubblicato per l’anno di attività successivo della Fraternità entro 60 giorni prima dell’inizio dell’anno di attività successivo nella homepage. Qualora un socio, che abbia fatto richiesta di invio per posta ordinaria, non comunichi entro il 14 gennaio del corrispondente anno al maestro della Fraternità un indirizzo e-mail come recapito per l’invio, il contributo spese per tale socio è esigibile al 30 gennaio del corrispondente anno.
